These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between bg44 (hereinafter "bg44", "we", "us", or "the Platform") and any individual who accesses, registers with, or makes use of the services offered at bg44.io (hereinafter "you", "the User", or "Account Holder"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the bg44 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on bg44, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and live dealer variants), slot games, crash games (including Aviator), fishing arcade games, and any future products introduced to the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the bg44 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bg44.

To register and maintain an active account with bg44, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bg44 is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit any person under the age of 21 to create an account, make a deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law at the time of use.

• You must be registering on your own behalf and for your own personal use. The creation of accounts on behalf of third parties, or the use of the platform as an agent for another person, is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or family member of a household employee of bg44 or any of its affiliated software or service providers.

bg44 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of registration or account use. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each registered user is issued a single bg44 account linked to a unique username and email address. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials, whether or not authorised by you.

Password and Security: You must choose a strong, unique password for your bg44 account and must not share your login credentials with any other person. bg44 strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication, which is available to all account holders from the account settings panel. bg44 will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or telephone.

Account Verification (KYC): As part of our know-your-customer (KYC) obligations, bg44 may require you to submit identity and address verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above a stated threshold or at any other time deemed necessary by the bg44 compliance team. Standard acceptable documents include:

• Government-issued photo identification (NID, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming that the registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account belongs to you)

Account Closure: You may request the closure of your bg44 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending bets or bonus wagering requirements must be resolved before a final account balance can be withdrawn. bg44 may also close or suspend accounts at its own discretion where a breach of these Terms is identified, where fraud is suspected, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform.

bg44 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable to each payment method as displayed in the cashier section of the platform.

Accepted Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits made via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your bg44 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be confirmed during standard business hours.

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that are registered in the name of the verified account holder. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request above the standard threshold will be processed.
• Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• bg44 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal that is considered unusual in amount or timing.
• Standard withdrawal processing times: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days.
• bg44 does not charge a processing fee for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which bg44 has no control.

Currency: All transactions on bg44 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bg44 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any foreign currency conversion costs incurred at the payment method level are the responsibility of the account holder.

bg44 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus amounts credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms.
• Eligibility: Each promotional offer states its own eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, specific payment methods, or the requirement to opt in. bg44 reserves the right to exclude certain account holders from promotional offers at its own discretion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period stated in their terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus Abuse: bg44 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to lock in a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations, and repeatedly claiming new-customer bonuses through multiple account registrations. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.
• Modification and Cancellation: bg44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to reasonable consideration for any bets or wagers already placed in reliance on those terms.

All bets and wagers placed on bg44 are subject to the specific game or market rules displayed within the relevant product section of the platform, as well as the general rules set out in this section.

Bet Acceptance: bg44 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This includes the right to impose individual betting limits on any account at any time.

Obvious Errors: Where a bet has been accepted at odds or under terms that are clearly erroneous — for example, due to a data feed error, a typographical error, or a system fault — bg44 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to your account balance. Winnings generated from such obvious errors are not payable.

Sports Betting: For cricket and other sports markets, bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), International Cricket Council (ICC), or FIFA). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared a no-result, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules displayed on the platform.

Casino Games: The outcome of all casino games on bg44 — including slots, live dealer games, and crash games — is determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical cards and wheels operated under the rules of the relevant studio (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, or other providers). bg44 does not intervene in the outcome of any casino game round.

Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live betting event or casino game round, bg44's systems will apply the result as recorded by the game server at the time of disconnection. bg44 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues that are outside the platform's control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bg44 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing platform restrictions
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software designed to interact with the platform without human input
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event for betting purposes
• Conducting or attempting to conduct money laundering or any other financial crime through the platform
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage; any such bugs must be reported to [email protected] immediately
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bg44 staff or other users through any communication channel
• Attempting to access any area of the platform or any other user's account without authorisation
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any other compliance process

All content on the bg44 platform — including but not limited to the bg44 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, software code, graphics, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of bg44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the bg44 platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the bg44 platform without prior written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the platform
• Use the bg44 brand, logo, or any other proprietary marks in any context without prior written authorisation
• Create derivative works based on any bg44 content or software

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by bg44 under licence. These studios' own intellectual property policies apply to their respective content.

bg44 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with bg44, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Any action taken by bg44 in good faith in response to a suspected breach of these Terms

bg44's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bg44 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or any transaction on the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith direct negotiation.
